The Governor Para-pawn Ignite has been released as a humanoid kit in the Hexa Gear lineup. It's a variation based on the existing Governor Para-pawn Sentinel's runners, but with more than half of the parts being newly tooled. The medieval knight-style appearance, though, comes across as a completely fresh new look.

The addition of the Stunning Lance and Attack Buckler on both shoulders gives it a pretty significant boost in volume, and thanks to that, you can pull off more dynamic poses compared to the previous releases.

The basic layout and features are similar to the previous releases, and despite its small size it shows impressive articulation — though the joint strength is a little worrying. Once you get a pose set it holds reasonably well, but there are parts and joints that tend to pop off while you're posing it, so it's not the most hassle-free kit to handle.

It's still a kit where the value proposition feels a bit iffy, but given that it's an action figure capable of dynamic poses despite its small size, it does have its own appeal. :-)
