This kit is the Governor Para-pawn LAT Mirror, released as part of Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear series. Like the previously released Governor Light Armor Type: Rose, it's a female soldier kit, and the basic configuration is pretty much the same as Rose.

First off, it's once again a very small scale model, but the combination of tiny yet detailed parts and partial paint applications gives it a surprisingly high-quality look. The articulation and weapon/accessory lineup are completely identical to the Governor Light Armor Type: Rose, so it honestly feels more like a variation with just a different appearance.

It still delivers excellent articulation and impressively tight joint strength for its size, which makes it easy to pull off all kinds of dynamic poses. One notable feature is the ability to swap the side head parts to switch between a look with the headgear on and one without.

Anyway, the price-to-size ratio (¥1900 for something this tiny) is a bit of a sticking point, but if you're into small, detailed female action figures, this is a pretty fun little item to mess around with. :-)
