This kit is the Scarecrow, released as part of Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear series. The name means "scarecrow" — and compared to previous entries that could stand and pose fairly independently, this one is very much conceived as a pure vehicle. The manual recommends pairing it with the separately sold Governor Armor Type: A1, and when you sit the figure in the cockpit, it matches up really naturally without any awkwardness.

It has a good variety of articulated parts and solid joint strength, so you can pull off all kinds of poses stably. Even the chainsaw attack pose with one leg raised high holds firm as long as you nail the center of gravity. That said, despite the flexible articulation, the design nature means there aren't all that many poses you can really go for.
