Early Governor Vol.5 has been released as part of Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear series. It's a color variant of the previously released Early Governor Vol.4, with only the molded colors changed to darker shades — no new parts whatsoever. So all the features are completely identical to Vol.4, and you can still pull off smoking (...) poses and various other poses with the same solid articulation and joint strength.

Anyway, aside from the molded colors there's nothing new here, but I'd say this kit's value lies in giving you a slightly wider range of options to choose from. :-)
