The control handles on both sides can be moved horizontally.
The manual guides you to seat the Governor Light Armor Type Rose Ver.1.5 inside.

Once you close the cockpit cover, you can't see anything from the front — only a tiny glimpse from the back.
You can also detach the Hexagram Storage on the back and apply it to a Governor kit.
The three tails, called Spade Lowers, can be detached separately.
As shown above, the blades inside can be arranged at various angles.
First, they can be used in an independent attack formation with all 3 separated, like fin funnels.
(The clear stands are borrowed from Figure-rise Standard effect parts stands.)
Second, you can arrange them as shown above to create a plasma veil generation form.
You'd need Kotobukiya's Flying Base A to display it properly,
but since I don't have one on hand, I put together what I had to display it.
Finally, the three tails can be spread out as shown above.
Legs folded and extended to their limits.
This gives you a rough idea of the leg articulation range.
The waist also moves slightly side to side horizontally.
The mouth can open too.

Together with the Hexa Gear Lord Impulse, another quadruped-type.
Transformation
To transform into Aero Bike Mode, start by detaching the cockpit cover and tails.
Fold the ears downward, then rotate the red parts that were hanging down so they face forward.
Fully extend the front legs and fold them back over the rear legs,
then position and bend the rear legs as shown, and arrange them as shown on the right.
Extend the handlebar section of the cockpit cover, then fold it downward.
Reattach the modified cockpit cover.
Separate the Spade Lowers (tails) as shown above.
Arrange the Spade Lower blades in the configuration shown above, then join two of them together first.
Insert the two combined Spade Lowers back into their original position at the rear,
then add a separate joint part and plug the remaining Spade Lower into the bottom as shown — and the transformation is complete.
