This kit is the Early Governor Vol.6, released as part of Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear series. It's a bit different from the previous combat trooper types — this one comes out as a medic concept, so the accessories are limited to just a medical gun and a laptop PC. On the flip side, it features 5 newly sculpted head types, and the articulation and joint characteristics are otherwise similar to previous releases.

Most Governor kits share pretty similar traits, so there's not a whole lot that stands out as particularly special here. The hip joints do pop out occasionally during posing, but as long as you handle it carefully you'll be fine. All in all, it's a solid, no-frills Governor kit — and it's worth appreciating just for the fact that a medic variant has finally made it into the lineup. :-)
