This kit is the Ludens Black Ver. released as a Kotobukiya girlpla. It's a 100% color variant of the original white Ludens with only the molded colors changed — no newly added parts whatsoever. So all the structural features are identical to the original Ludens, and for this review you really just need to check out the color differences. Going Black Ver., the body armor sections have been changed to black or dark tones overall, while the head and face actually feel a bit brighter by comparison.

The original kit was already top-tier quality among Kotobukiya girlplas, so this one delivers the same excellent articulation, joint strength, and build feel. The joints in particular move more smoothly than Frame Arms Girl or Megami Device, and the assembly is noticeably more comfortable too. All the accessories and gimmicks are identical to the original, but personally I find the Black Ver.'s look a bit more appealing. Either way, it's a color variant that gives you more options to choose from — and if it suits your taste, it's a great quality girlpla I'd highly recommend. :-)
