The 3rd kit in the Medabots lineup is Rokusho (English name: Head Scissors). Unlike the chatty Metabee from the original series, he's a character with a quiet, stoic feel — like a loyal and devoted right-hand man.

The overall kit composition is similar to the previous releases — articulation is average, but the joints are relatively sturdy so posing is fairly easy. As for special gimmicks, Rokusho's signature dual-arm weapons — the Pico Pico Hammer and Chanbara Sword — both have spring mechanisms that let them pop out or spread open at the press of a button. The clear parts for the eyes can also be swapped out in 4 different variations, and the scissor-shaped head antenna can be assembled in your choice of 3 different shapes, though they all look pretty similar so the difference isn't that noticeable. One thing I wish was included: Rokusho's cape from the original series is nowhere to be found.

All in all, it's a solid mecha character kit, and if you're a fan of the Medabots series it's definitely worth building for fun. In the end, whether or not you pick up a kit like this comes down less to the kit's quality itself and more to how much you love the character. :-)
