This kit is the Asra Nine-Tails Matsuri released under the Megami Device lineup. Going by the name alone, Megami Device Asra Kumiit looks like a variation, but aside from the head and some of the inner frame, it's mostly made up of newly sculpted parts. As you can see in the comparison photos above, the body proportions and sculpt are completely different kits.
The basic setup is your typical Kotobukiya-style girlpla, and as you'd expect from a recent kit, it shows excellent articulation and joint strength. There's no separate inner body mode, but instead you can swap the forearms and shoes out for plain versions. The overall design is themed around "summer festival," featuring a miniature yukata-style kimono look, with fox ears and tails as the standout features. The accessories include three types of Shikigami, though outside of the standard options, the extras are on the lighter side.
One thing to note — the legs are longer and the heels are higher, so a stand extension part has been added, but it's still not quite long enough, making it tricky to stand her up straight with the included stand. It would've been nice if they'd thrown in a longer stand to account for the taller lower body.
All in all, this is essentially a brand-new sculpt kit that's come together really well, and the quality is clean and solid — so if the style appeals to you, this seems like a girlpla that's well worth having fun with. :-)
