This kit is the Puni Mofu Kuro Mao released as part of Kotobukiya's Megami Device series. It's based on the existing Megami Device Puni Mofu Mao, with the molded color changed to a black concept — though a small amount of new sculpting has been added.

The newly sculpted parts are the character faces on the head, necktie, and skirt, which have been changed from a plain expression to a cute squinting one. Everything else — all the structural features and accessories — is identical to the original, so it still boasts excellent articulation, joint strength, and an adorable look.
