This is the Marutoys Noseru [White Ver.] released by Kotobukiya. It's the second original design kit following Tamotsu, and true to its name — Noseru (meaning "to carry/ride") — it comes styled as a saddle-equipped vehicle. It still manages to pull off a full frame and clean exterior with a surprisingly small number of parts.
Like Tamotsu, it comes with a full-body frame and can transform into Work Mode by raising the upper body and deploying the sub-arms. In Work Mode, the sub-arms can be bent at various angles, and since the center of gravity tends to shift around quite a bit, there are small wheels and support stands on the bottom to help you keep it balanced.
On top of that, you can attach the Option Carry to the back, and the wheels can be lowered down via the movable cylinders. The body itself only has articulation at the neck, but deploying Work Mode lets you pull off some pretty dynamic poses. The saddle is especially well-suited for seating a Frame Arms Girl, so there's a lot of collab potential here.
All in all, this is a mecha character plastic model that delivers easy assembly, clean build quality, and solid functionality — and it's going to be an even more useful item for those of you who already have girlplas. :-)
