This kit is the 1/12 Dark Rockman.EXE released as part of Kotobukiya's Rockman series. It's based on the previously released Rockman.EXEwith changed molded colors and a Metool added as a bonus. Since the main body is completely identical, it's still a high-quality kit with excellent articulation, joint strength, and color separation.

The newly added Metool is a fixed figure with no articulation, and while it's technically an enemy of Rockman.EXE lore-wise, it does come out pretty cute. All other features are the same as the original kit, so for this review you really just need to check out the changed molded colors and the Metool. Worth noting that the price went up ¥600 with the Metool included. Also, just like the original kit, the hip joint parts are fragile and prone to breaking, so be careful.

Anyway, it's pretty much just a color variant, but if you're a fan of the Rockman games, it's still a worthwhile variation to pick up. :-)
