This kit is the 1/12 Rock Man Pile Drive Ver. released as part of Kotobukiya's Rock Man series. It's the character from Mega Man 11, and is based on the previously released 1/12 Rock Man (Rock Man 11 Ver.)The molded colors as well as the head and weapons have been changed from the base kit.

Since the body minus the head is identical to the 11 Ver., it carries over the excellent articulation and improved joint structure. The ankles have been fixed so they don't pop off as easily, though the hip joints do come off occasionally. The defining feature of the Pile Drive Ver. is its asymmetrical color scheme, and the color separation is well executed from head to arms and legs. On top of that, the newly added Pile Drive forearms are swappable with both arms, giving you plenty of posing options.

As a variation kit based on this clean, modern Rock Man body, the overall quality really stands out. If you had a great time with Mega Man 11 or just dig the look, this seems like a kit that'll definitely satisfy. :-)
