Essentially, it's a combination of the body and accessories from the Saeki Ritsuka Swim Style versionalong with the hair parts from Wolf,with Ichijo Seira's face added in, plus the water gun from the separately sold weapon set.

The seated body, folded legs, and three feet are carried over directly from the Saeki Ritsuka Swim Style version. On top of that, you get six blank faces for waterslide decals, along with 13 hand types.
