▶Box Open
TOPThe box is as big as you'd expect for the price — it's huge~!
See if you can spot the cigarette pack~
Compared to the Dygenguar Ikki Tousen box, which was already a pretty big box in its own right —
it's not even close.
It's bigger than a standard PG Gundam box,
and roughly twice the volume of the PG Zeta box.
Still, it's smaller in volume than the HGUC Den-chan box, which is one of the all-time kings of big boxes.
Open the box and out come 3 more boxes inside.
A look inside each box.
The parts are seriously large and substantial.
A small handful of armor pieces use undergates, but really just a few..
A few of the larger red parts have somewhat sloppy undergates.
No gate marks on the surface, but you'll still need to clean them up carefully.
As you can see, the ABS joints use internal nubs to create friction.
There is some concern they could wear down with heavy use..
Polycaps aren't completely absent — a few joints do use them, as shown above.
But it's really a small number compared to the overall size of the kit.
There are a crazy number of tiny finger parts to allow full knuckle articulation;;
Looks like it'll be even more of a pain than stringing Zaku fingers.
For the price, the manual is pretty bare-bones. T_T
Not a single thing different from the usual Super Robot Wars kit manual layout.
A separate manual explains how to assemble the speaker for better sound quality.
(Though all it really tells you is to remove one part so the sound comes through more clearly..;)
