This is a combo kit containing both a normal Molga and a Molga equipped with the Canory unit — two Molgas in one box. The Molga is one of the most iconic Zoids mechs, with that somewhat creepy (;;) caterpillar-like form.

It's a fairly small mech by spec, but the gimmicks packed inside feel even more densely crammed in than other Zoid kits. You've got articulation in every segment and the legs, plus the head cover opens, the cockpit hatch opens, and there's a Zoid Core inside the body — it's got a really impressive inner layout for a buildable mech kit. The various deployment gimmicks on the wheel sections on both sides are faithfully reproduced as well, and it definitely feels more refined than the wind-up Molga from the Takara Tomy version.

The segment-by-segment articulation in particular gives it a really lifelike feel. There are no polycaps in the joints, but the joint strength is solid enough that nothing feels loose or floppy. The Canory unit is well done too, with the rear deployment gimmick and angle adjustment function all nicely implemented.

Since it's such a small mech, it seems like they figured one wouldn't be enough and bundled two together as a set — which also leaves the door open for various Molga variations down the line. Having to build two similar mechs at once might sound like a chore, but the parts count is pretty low so it's not really a burden at all.

It's a compact, densely packed, and thoroughly impressive buildable mech kit with very little to complain about. If you're a fan of Zoids or the Molga in particular, this is definitely a kit worth building. :-)
