This kit is the HMM Zoids Fire Fox, released as an Irisawa distribution limited edition. It's basically the Shadow Fox that was previously released in a standard release, but with the outer shell molded color changed to red, and the silver and gold plated parts swapped around.

Being a 100% pure color variant kit, it makes sense that it came out as a limited edition. The Shadow Fox itself is already one of the more refined kits in the HMM lineup, and with plated parts included as standard it had great visual appeal to begin with. The Fire Fox adds an even more striking color scheme on top of that — the joints are solid, and it's got decent functionality too with things like the Laser Vulcan and the opening e-net gun gimmick on the tail, so it's a fun build overall.

Since it's just a color variant kit at the end of the day, you can simply enjoy the color scheme from the photos — and for Zoids fans, there's really no particular reason NOT to pick it up. It's a perfectly solid limited edition. :-)
