Wow.. the box art is incredibly striking.
True to its PG-sized big box, the inside is divided into 3 blocks,
and one block is packed with the new MS cage runners.
Since the Unicorn body in this kit is based on the new OVA version,
it includes the improved knee frame and armor.
I was expecting a smooth gloss injection since they called it the HD color version, but..
it's not a full gloss finish — it's more of a semi-gloss surface feel.
There's a bit less shine, but it does give the colors a rich, deep and vivid look.
The blue parts are almost identical in color to what came in the Titanium Finish version.
It's a blue with a slight pearl/metallic sheen to it.
All the inner frame parts are molded in a metallic color with a dark iron feel.
The weapons seem to have been molded similarly to gloss injection, as the material feels harder...
but there's no real sense of gloss to them.
The dry decals were produced separately for the HD Color + MS cage version.

There's quite a bit more volume to them than I expected.
That runner looks like it has all sorts of different parts on it..
but look closely and it's actually one single massive, complex piece;;
Pretty cool though..
The base section was included without any separate plastic bag.
Don't worry thinking "is mine the only one like this?" — seems like that's just how it comes.
The manual is also made to feel a bit special.
The lineage chart that's usually printed on the back of the box is included in the manual instead.
