This kit is the MG Nemo [Unicorn Color Ver.], released as a Bandai Online Hobby Shop (a.k.a. Club G) exclusive. It got a regular retail release in HGUC, but for the MG version they must have been worried about sales, because it ended up as a limited release alongside the desert color version Nemo. ^^
As the lore itself suggests, the body is 100% identical in structure to the original Z version — the only change is that the molded color has been swapped to a brighter teal tone. And instead of reorganizing the runners for the new color scheme, they just provide the same runners in two different colors across multiple sheets, which leaves you with a hefty pile of leftover parts. On the bright side, you get a bonus runner — the multi-purpose weapon runner from the MG GM Kai — so the overall weapon selection is pretty generous.
The quality of the MG Nemo, released back in 2006, is pretty decent. The proportions, build feel, and joint strength are all solid, though the articulation is a bit on the limited side, which does restrict the poses you can pull off. The footing in particular isn't great, so getting stable ground poses can be a bit of a hassle. That said, the overall quality is generally quite satisfying for the price.
It's a color variant kit at the end of the day, so there's not a whole lot to dig into — but if you've got your eye on a Nemo in that bright, cheerful Unicorn color scheme, this is a perfectly fine limited release to build, even if it doesn't have anything particularly special going for it. :-)
