The molded colors have been changed overall — the body is slightly bluish, and the weapons are pretty much jet black.

The body's molded color has a cool, slightly blue tint

The highlight of this kit is ultimately the decals — the dry decals have been dropped in favor of waterslide decals to recreate the shark mouth.
The number of seals has increased a bit, and since the color separation didn't work out well, a foil sticker is used to represent the red circle in the upper right
That's how it's done. A foil sticker on an MG-class kit, of all things... hmm -_-;
