This is the Gouf Custom ~ MS Igloo2 Image Color Version, from the MS Igloo II Gravity Front commemorative set. It basically uses 100% of the same runners as the existing MG Gouf Custom, with only the molded colors and decals changed.
First off, the molded colors are much brighter and more vibrant compared to the standard version — the light blue on the body in particular came out surprisingly bright and fresh, almost to the point where you'd think "really?" The overall body color has also shifted to a lighter sky blue, which gives the whole kit a noticeably different feel from the original standard version. Personally I like the brighter color scheme, but it's probably going to be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of thing. There's something about the Gouf that's supposed to feel tougher and heavier than a Zaku, and going brighter does make it look a little less imposing..
The MS Igloo version decals are much larger and more striking compared to other MS Igloo version MGs — you can tell at a glance that it's the Gravity Front commemorative edition just from the decals alone. Applying large dry decals onto complex curved surfaces is a bit fiddly, but once they're on, they really make the kit pop.
Also, the Gouf Custom ~ MS Igloo2 Image Color Version drops the large Gatling shield — the Gouf Custom's signature weapon — leaving just the triple-barrel Gatling gun. It's based on the lore, of course, but since all the Gatling shield parts are still included in the box, you can attach it if you want to.
It's a little plain since the only difference from the existing kit is the color, but you can think of it as a wide-release limited edition molded in a new color scheme — much like the One Year War version back in the day. Sure, with the Gouf 2.0 already out there, it's hard to call the quality top-notch given that this is based on the older Gouf 1.0, but the proportions are still solid and it's got a decent presence to it :-)
