Both are Zaku-II All Clear Versions, but while the Char's Custom has a plain white box, the Mass Production Type has the Modeler's Cup poster
printed in monotone. These two All Clear kits were actually produced at different times, so
there are slight differences in the boxes too. :-)
The basic difference between the Char's Custom and Mass Production Type kits is one weapons runner,
but in the All Clear Version there's another difference too — the soft parts are molded differently.
On the Char's Custom, even the soft parts are molded in clear soft plastic, but on the Mass Production Type they're just the same opaque rubber material as usual.

A parts order card has been added to the standard MG Zaku-II Mass Production Type manual.

The Mass Production Type-specific parts runner makes it clear this kit is the 'Mass Production Type' Zaku.
