Runner shots taken alongside the PG Astray.

Comparison of the non-clear parts against the original parts.
The top ones are the original parts, and the bottom ones are from the Special Custom Set.
As you can see, the runners for the non-clear parts are pretty much identical..

First off, the runners above are the same as the standard PG Astray.

However, the Tiger Pierce has a slightly different wave pattern compared to the Gerbera Straight from the PG Astray.
Other than the wave pattern being a bit rougher, the contents are identical.

Also, the molded color of the red runner for the scabbard section has been changed to a darker shade in the Special Custom Set.

Now for a comparison of the clear parts.
The ones on top are the equivalent runners from the PG Astray.

Comparison of the A runner.

Everything except the gray parts molded in clear black has been replaced with clear parts.

The head parts that were attached to the end of the A runner have been cut off and packaged separately
due to the box size limitations of the Special Custom Set.

The black parts have been replaced with clear black.

Among the clear runners, 2 of them are mirrored left/right duplicate runners,
which means you can only swap out half the body armor to clear, not the whole thing.
What that means is..
if you get 2 sets of the Special Custom Set, you could swap out the entire thing to clear.
Smells like a sales gimmick to me.. -_-;

The sword stand included exclusively in the Special Custom Set.

The manual is replaced by a simple single-sheet flyer.
