This kit is the SD Baund Doc, released as BB Senshi No. 18. With just two molded colors and a handful of seals, it does a decent job of capturing the feel of the original design — and it comes in Rosamia Badam's colors, that orange and blue combination.

Like previous kits, it comes with a spring-loaded missile firing gimmick, and you can detach the lower body to put it in MA form. There's also a separate, flatter MA-form piece included that can be combined with the upper body. On top of that, extra eye seals with a different pupil design are also provided.

So while it's small, it packs in Baund Doc's gimmicks quite nicely. Then in 1999, additional parts for the Mobile Armor form were added and it was repackaged and released as the G Generation SD Gated Baund Doc— so keep that in mind! :-)
