Kit Review

The-O, an MS known for its imposing bulk, has made its appearance in the new BB Senshi lineup. True to its hefty design, it's definitely on the larger side compared to your average SD kit — but somehow it feels a little smaller than I expected. I think it's because that sense of sheer massiveness (read: fatness) from the original just doesn't quite come through.
Overall it feels like it came out without any standout features, but the biggest highlight is definitely that the sub-arms under the front skirt are reproduced. You can even recreate the scene where it wields a beam saber using those sub-arms! Beyond that, the detail on The-O's signature dual beam guns is decent enough, but... the hollowness on the inside is a bit rough.
Aside from the sub-arms being included, it came out a little more underwhelming than I'd hoped — but then again, The-O is the kind of MS where just getting a kit release at all is kind of a big deal, regardless of grade ^^; It feels like the kind of thing where anyone who was going to buy it was always going to buy it no matter what. Either way, if you're a fan of the Zeta Gundam series and love The-O, this is a kit you'll just be grateful exists :-)
