Kit Review

The SD AGE lineup continues, and the fifth entry is the Gundam AGE-FX. It's got a pretty unique design with 14 clear panels all over the body — just like the HG kit, all the panels are nicely done in green clear parts. ^^
The basic proportions are similar to the previous SD AGE Gundams, but with all those transparent panels hanging off it, the overall silhouette ends up feeling a bit shorter and chunkier. That said, the 14 panels can be selectively mounted across the 20-odd holes on the body, and the Stungle Rifle supports both Charge Mode and conversion into the Daidal Bazooka — so in terms of recreating the source material, it's every bit as faithful as the HG AGE-FX kit, no question.
Overall kit quality is above average, and if you're into the AGE-FX's style, it's an SD kit you can build without any major complaints. That said, the character doesn't have the widest recognition or fanbase, so going up against the other AGE SD kits on design alone might be a bit of an uphill battle. :-)
