This kit is the HGUC Jegan (Ecoas Ver.) Conroy Use, a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's based on the standard retail release of the HGUC Jegan Ecoas Typeand is a variation kit with some armor changes and added weapons.

Starting with the main body, the head visor, left shoulder/leg/side skirt, and right forearm have all been changed. Weapons-wise, a handgun and dagger knife have been added, along with a new open left hand. The right forearm has been swapped out for a box-type beam saber, so you can now plug in beam parts. The left shoulder can mount the dagger knife, and the left leg can hold the handgun. The shoulder-mounted dagger knife also comes with both a storage handle and a full dagger knife — so you get both versions.

The joints and most of the remaining armor are identical to the HGUC Jegan Ecoas Type, so the articulation is still pretty average and the joint strength is solid enough. It's a fairly minor variation kit with only a few changes, but it's still meaningful that a Conroy-use Jegan got a release at all.
