This kit is the HG GM Sniper Custom released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's based on the body of the HG GM Guard Customreleased as a standard release. With some new sculpts added alongside the molded color changes, it's been reborn as a completely different style of kit.

First off, the molded colors have taken on a military vibe, giving it more of a "weapon" feel. The head, backpack, knees, and rear calves have been swapped out with newly sculpted parts. A new R4 beam rifle has been added as new armament, and since the kit's core structure is the same as the original, it still delivers excellent articulation and joint strength — a solid HG kit all around.

As you can see, just a few new sculpts and molded color changes are enough to really bring out its own personality — a textbook variation kit done right.
