Compared to the original Gundam Hajiroboshi, the front chest and shoulder armor have been redesigned, and a thruster unit has been added to the waist backpack. The massive thruster unit can be moved and positioned quite flexibly — you can deploy the lower section and attach the Wire Anchor. New weapons include the Smart Claw Shield and Cross Mace.

The Cross Mace is so large that you might worry about the grip holding up, but it actually connects to the hand really well and stays put nice and securely. That big weapon makes for some seriously dynamic poses, and you can even mount the Cross Mace on the forearm too. That said, just like the original kit, the overall joint strength is a bit on the loose side, which is a bit of a shame — it's the kind of kit where you'll spend some time fiddling with the angles every time you go to pose it.

The massive thrusters give this kit a really unique silhouette. The joint strength leaves a little to be desired, but if you dig the look, it seems like a kit you can have a pretty good time with. :-)
