This kit is an expansion set for MG Gundam Ver. 3.0, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. As the name suggests, MG Gundam Ver. 3.0 gets a set of weapons with this release. MG Gundam Ver. 2.0's weapons have been reused here.

The added weapons are the Gundam Hammer, Beam Jabelin, and a bazooka. The Gundam Hammer and Beam Jabelin are carried straight over from MG Gundam Ver. 2.0, with no new sculpted parts to speak of. The one minor change is that the tip of the Beam Jabelin has been swapped from clear to clear pink, and there's also a head LED unit thrown in as a bonus. As for the bazooka, the Ver. 2.0 and Ver. 3.0 versions were already nearly identical in sculpt — differing only in the grip area — and this kit provides it with the Ver. 3.0-style grip.
