The inner frame is almost identical to the MG Gundam Exia.

The head and shoulder frames have been changed to Astraea-specific ones.

You can light it up by inserting a separately sold green LED unit.
(The rear GN Drive can be lit up too, but I forgot to include that shot — I'll add it soon.)

Cockpit hatch open.
The opening angle is pretty narrow, so it looks like it'd be a real pain to get in and out.

True to its Full Weapon Set name, it comes with a massive amount of weaponry.

Weapons and accessories carried over directly from the MG Gundam Exia.

Also includes two GN Beam Pistols from the MG Gundam Dynames.

The GN Hand Missile Unit from the MG Gundam Kyrios is reused here as well.

Remove the handle from the GN Hand Missile Unit and plug in the joint parts, and...

You can mount them on the forearms and sides of the legs.

These are the newly added weapons included in this kit.

There's a hologram sheet inside the Proto GN Launcher's joint gimmick,
but it's buried so deep in there that it's basically invisible.

Compared to the original GN Sword, the new Proto GN Sword came out quite a bit more compact.

The Proto GN Sword attaches using three joint parts that wrap around the forearm.

Compared to the Exia-type GN Shield, the Astraea's GN Shield has more of a rectangular look to it.

It has the same gimmick as before where both sides of the shield can be deployed.

The GN Hammer can have a lead wire threaded through it to simulate a launched state.

Compared to the Type-F, the Type-F2 has different sculpting on the head antenna, front skirt, groin cover(?), and the elbows and knees.

The Type-F2 also lets you choose between the masked and unmasked face options.

Leftover parts

Among the leftover parts, the two C10 parts are actually essential for attaching the separately sold Avalanche Dash Unit for the MG Gundam Astraea Type-F.
They're required for the attachment, so don't toss them.
Just in case, make sure you don't accidentally throw them away.

Limb articulation is identical to the MG Gundam Exia.

Alongside the No Grade 1/100 Gundam Astraea Type-F released back in 2008.
The proportions and overall look of the No Grade were actually pretty impressive too.

Alongside the base kit, the MG Gundam Exia.
The head, chest, shoulders, abdomen, front/rear skirts, and the side structures on the arms and legs have all been changed.

This is the MG Gundam Astraea Type-F (Full Weapon Set), released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's based on the standard retail release MG Gundam Exiawith a good number of newly sculpted parts added on top. And true to the Full Weapon Set name, it comes packed with a huge variety of weapons.

First off, the head, chest, shoulders, abdomen, front/rear skirts, and the side structures on the arms and legs have all been faithfully changed over to Astraea Type-F versions. You can also select-build the head antenna, lower front armor, and the side structures on the arms and legs to configure it as the Type-F2 instead. On top of that, both the Type-F and Type-F2 can each have either the masked or unmasked face applied — your choice.

The kit includes all six standard weapons from the MG Gundam Exia, plus newly sculpted additions: the Proto GN Launcher, Proto GN Sword, GN Hammer, NGN Bazooka, GN Beam Rifle, and a new GN Shield. It also reuses the two GN Beam Pistols from the MG Gundam Dynames and the GN Hand Missile Unit from the MG Gundam Kyrios, bringing the total to a whopping 6 + 6 + 3 = 15 different weapons.

Each weapon's handle has a peg hole that locks securely onto the palm peg. The largest one, the Proto GN Launcher, mounts to the shoulder in a shoulder-braced style, so it holds its position solidly regardless of grip strength. The GN Hammer, which can be posed in a launched state using a lead wire, is a bit unstable when held in the hand due to its weight and length, and that same weight makes it hard to pose freely.

With its faithful design recreation and generous weapon loadout, this kit feels incredibly substantial. That said, the sheer amount of content means the build time is noticeably longer than a typical MG. The structural characteristics are the same as the base MG Gundam Exia, and aside from the somewhat iffy foot contact with the ground, the articulation and joint strength are excellent overall.

Anyway, the base kit is getting a bit long in the tooth, but the overall build quality still comes out clean at MG level. If you're a fan of 00/Astraea or just love kits loaded with weapons, this one should be more than satisfying. :-)
