Together with the standard release RG Wing Gundam Zero EW

This kit is the RG Wing Gundam Zero (EW) -APEX LEGENDS(TM) Valkyrie Ver.-, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's one of three RG Gundam kits released as a collaboration with the FPS game APEX LEGENDS, themed around Valkyrie — a character in the game who flies through the air with a jetpack.

Essentially, it's a RG Wing Gundam Zero EW 100% color variant kit with no new molding whatsoever — the body colors have been changed to black + orange + silver. So all the structural features and included parts are identical to the original, and for this review you really just need to check out the new molded colors. It's a kit from 2014, so it does feel a little dated, but it's still a solid RG kit with stable joint strength and excellent gimmick recreation.

The color scheme is essentially the polar opposite of the original kit, which makes for a dramatically different visual impression. Just like the MG, the wing spread is a highlight — the feathers don't fall out, giving you a gorgeous wing deployment that lets you pull off all the signature poses with ease. There's also a bonus set of Valkyrie-exclusive seals included, though there's no guide on how or where to apply them. The seals are actually on the large side for such a small kit, so you'll probably want to find your own creative use for them.

All in all, it's a solid game collaboration color variant kit. If you're a fan of APEX LEGENDS or just love the idea of a black Wing Zero, this one's definitely worth picking up. :-)
