Compared to the previously released Ultraman Suit Zero Action, it's essentially a color variant with added accessories. The main body is a 100% color variant, and the SC spec adds the Wide Zero Shot and a simple stand.

The newly added Wide Zero Shot weapon is quite large and has a nice three-dimensional look to it, and thanks to the solid color separation and stickers, it looks pretty good visually.
