This kit is Ellie, released as part of the Figurerise Standard series. She's a character from the TV anime "Synduality Noir" along with the previous kit, Figurerise Standard Noir— and compared to Noir, she comes with a more girlpla model-style look and color scheme.
The basic setup is similar to previous kits, but the overall quality feels a notch above. For a Bandai girl model, the proportions are quite pretty, and the soft pastel molded colors and smooth material make for a pleasant build experience. Articulation and joint strength are both above average and feel solid, and in addition to the base body, two costumes — a jacket and an apron — are also included. The costumes do limit articulation somewhat, but being able to change outfits relatively easily is a nice plus.
As for separate accessories, only a clear backpack and a clear stand are included. The face can be swapped between 3 expressions, but like some previous kits, 2 of the blank faces require you to apply the eyes using waterslide decals — which I imagine will be a love-it-or-hate-it thing. Being able to mix and match different faces and eyes to create different expressions is a nice idea, but getting them positioned accurately is still tricky. It'd be so much easier if all 3 faces were pad-printed like Avatar Fumina's...
Anyway, overall this is a solid A-tier girl model that delivers stable quality and great visuals. Even if you're not familiar with the source material, if the look appeals to you, this is definitely a girlpla model worth building — you won't be disappointed. :-)
