This kit is the 1/144 Option Parts Gunpla 08 (Ballden Arm Arms). It's basically the same runner lineup as the one released in 2015, Build Custom Ballden Arm Armsand is essentially a reissue with only the box art changed — the manual and sample build are over 90% identical to the original. The Ballden Arm Arms is a weapons system with over 30 multi-joints loaded up with all kinds of armaments, and it fits well with most HG kits. Some people feel the somewhat cluttered look makes it seem like a toy, but on the flip side, that's also part of what makes it so fun to mess around with.

All in all, it's a solid weapon accessory kit whose main appeal is the variety of configurations you can pull off with all those multi-joints. The joints hold their positions well enough, so if the style and versatility appeal to you, it's definitely worth picking up. :-)
