This kit is the 1/144 option parts Gunpla 09 (Giant Gatling). It's basically the same runner lineup as the Build Custom Giant Gatlingreleased in 2015. It's essentially a reissue with only the box art changed — the manual and sample build are over 90% identical to the original. So there's really nothing new to cover in this review. As a result, I've reused the original review as-is, but added some newly shot collaboration photos of it paired with other kits.

True to its name, this is a large gatling gun weapon, and it's sized to work with both HG and MG kits. When you put it on an HG it looks absolutely massive, while on an MG it feels just about right. Gryps are included in two sizes — one for MG and one for HG — though for MG kits with smaller hands, the HG grip might actually be the better fit. Either way, the overall sculpt works well enough for both MG and HG.

It's a fairly straightforward weapon option kit compared to previous entries in the line, but if you're a fan of gatling guns — every guy's dream weapon — this is a fun little kit worth picking up just for the heck of it. :-)
