The only difference is Xi Gundam's K runner — left is the HGUC Xi Gundam version, right is the combo set version.
If you look closely, only the stand joint parts in the lower right have been omitted.
Since the same joint parts exist on the clear stand runner included in the combo set, it looks like they just left them out. (Was that really necessary??)
