Kit Review

This kit is Charmed, released as part of Kotobukiya's Arcanadia series. True to Kotobukiya's top-tier lineup, it stands out with a slightly more premium build and visuals compared to other girl-pla kits. Like the first release, Lumiteait follows a similar format with wings, but the design comes out looking completely different.
The basic setup of building in Normal Mode and Wyrise Mode is the same as previous releases, and it still delivers solid build quality with decent articulation and joint strength. The wings move on two axes, staying flexible while holding their position well, and the tail also moves smoothly across its 3 segments. That said, the tail is a bit on the heavy side, so keeping it extended horizontally and locked in place isn't the easiest thing.
One of Charmed's standout features is the large Wyrise Mode right arm, where even the fingers move at 2 joints. You can also swap the finger lock parts on both sides to mount it on the left arm instead, and the cover on the back of the hand can be deployed in 3 stages. The big hand is a little heavy, but the shoulder joint is sturdy enough that poses hold reasonably well. On top of that, the front hair can be swapped between 2 styles, the face between 4 expressions, and a dedicated stand is included so aerial poses are easy to pull off too.
All in all, this is a solid A-grade girl-pla kit with a fresh new look. If you're a fan of the Arcanadia series or the style catches your eye, it's definitely worth recommending :-)
