So all the structural characteristics are identical to the Durga I, and it still delivers solid articulation and joint strength. All the original Durga I parts are included, so you can also build it in Durga I's base mode or armed mode. That said, the sheer volume of those parts is pretty substantial, and I can't help but wish they'd just left them out and dropped the price by around ¥3,000 or so. On top of that, all the Cat Armor parts are in there too, so you can add decorations to the wrists and ankles or swap in the feet with the extended claws.

So yes, this is a color variant + parts reuse combo kit. But overall it's cute and vibrant, and it's definitely the kind of kit that'll turn heads among fans who like cat-themed girl kits. That said, as mentioned above, the inclusion of all those original Durga I parts is what pushed the price up to ¥10,000, and that's a bit of a bummer. Either way, if you're into the cat concept, this is probably worth seriously considering picking up. :-)
