This kit is Zero Tortoise, released as part of the Frame Arms Girl series. It's based on the Frame Arms Genbu/Meimuconcept reimagined as a girl-pla character, and it came out with clean, 100% all-new sculpting.

First off, as you'd expect from a brand-new kit with an all-new mold, the build feel is smooth and satisfying. The overall joint strength balance is great too — the joints are both smooth and hold their poses firmly. That said, the thick armor does limit the limb articulation to around 90 degrees in armed mode, though the comfortable range of motion and solid stability do a good job of making up for that.

For weapons, just like Genbu/Meimu, you get a rocket launcher, rifle, and sword, all of which can be freely mounted on the backpack and side skirts using the joint parts. The rocket launcher can be repositioned left or right by swapping parts, and there's also a gimmick where the weapon mounting section on the backpack can be swapped out for propellant tanks.

So while there are some shortcomings in terms of articulation, the overall stable joints and build quality make this a very satisfying kit. It's easily one of the top-tier kits in the Frame Arms Girl lineup, and it's turned out to be a highly recommended girlpla. :-)
