This kit is the Frame Arms Girl series release of the Kagutsuchi Otsu Fencer configuration. Frame Arms Girl Kagutsuchi Koserves as the base with new sculpts added to the mix. It's a kit based on the Frame Arms Kagutsuchi Otsu Fencer configuration released as a Kotobukiya Shop exclusive, while the general retail release is the Frame Arms Kagutsuchi Otsu Sniper configuration.

The curvy body proportions are the same as the Kagutsuchi Ko, but the head and torso sculpts have been changed. Compared to the Kagutsuchi Ko's overly large chest, it's been updated to a more compact size. The new chest parts come in four sculpt options across two sizes, and the smaller chest no longer gets in the way of articulation. The torso costume has also been changed to a midriff-baring style.
