This kit is the Governor Armor Type : Pawn X1, released as part of Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear series. It's an enhanced version of the previously released Governor Armor Type : Pawn A1 Ver. 1.5with redesigned head, chest, and shoulder armor, and comes packed with a number of weapons.

True to its name as an enhanced version, the highlights are its tougher-looking appearance and generous weapon options. It comes with 6 weapons (handgun, bullpup rifle, submachine gun, assault rifle, combat knife, and large combat knife), along with a variety of storage gimmicks and mounting parts to go with them. The handgun and combat knife can each be mounted on the chest in two forms — one as the actual weapon and one as a storage-only piece — while the large combat knife can be mounted on the left leg. Worth noting that all the weapons except the large combat knife are reused from the Early Governor Vol.1 set.

The basic frame and articulation characteristics are on par with the Governor Ver. 1.5, and it still delivers solid articulation and joint strength.
