First off, the Megalomaria male body frame still shows off some of the best articulation around. With the black long coat added like a skirt, the angle the hip joints can raise has become quite a bit more limited. Even so, the rest of the joints are so good that you can still pull off all kinds of dynamic poses with ease — though since there's relatively more stuff draped on the body, you do need to be a bit more careful about balancing the center of gravity when posing it standing on the ground.

The weapon included is the Grave Arms 2, which is also sold separately, and it can be transformed between launcher mode and greatsword mode. You can also pull out the handle to use it as a standalone blade. On top of that, the various option parts that were included with Mephisto are all here as well. It also pairs perfectly with the bike Night Superiorreleased alongside it.
