This kit is Green Glass, released as part of Kotobukiya's Megalomaria series. It's based on the body of the previously released Megalomaria Principalwith various armor pieces and accessories added on top. Along with some newly sculpted parts, parts from several other kits have been reused and combined together.

As for new sculpts, only the head, head accessories, and shoulder and knee armor have been added. The skirt is reused from Frame Arms Girl Magical Baselard, and the ponytail hair is reused from Sōsai Shōjo Teien Saeki Ritsuka. The long sword and bastard sword added as weapons are reused from the Virtue Style 01 Sword Set A, and some other sculpts are also taken from Megalomaria Noviceas well.

The base frame is straight-up Principal, so the body still delivers incredible articulation, though the skirt does limit how high the legs can be raised. That said, for a kit that's essentially a parts mashup, the durability holds up pretty well, and you can pull off all kinds of dynamic poses without much hassle.

So while it's a kit with just a bit of new sculpting mixed into a rather busy mashup, it still delivers excellent visuals and a solid sense of quality.
