This kit is the 1/12 Rockman X Falcon Armor released as part of Kotobukiya's Rockman series. It's the 6th Rockman X armor following Max, Force, Second, Full, and Blade. The hands, thighs, and joint parts are shared, but most of the outer armor comes in new sculpts.

Since the basic frame is the same as the other Rockman X series kits, it still delivers excellent articulation and joint strength — though the ankle ball joints popping out easily is still an issue, so you'll want to be careful when posing the ankles. Visually, it shows the same high level of color separation as its predecessors, and the molded colors are clean, giving it a great straight build appearance. It's colorful while still having its own personality that sets it apart from the other armors.

As for weapons, only one Buster is included, which feels a little sparse. Rockman X Max Armorand Rockman X ZeroA hand with a hole for using the Z-Saber included with those kits has been added. On top of that, you can swap the clear green parts at the end of the forearms to get a better range of wrist motion — it's a matter of switching to parts that angle slightly outward, but when you're actually posing the figure, it doesn't feel all that necessary.
