The box art on the HD series kits is truly a work of art~ T_T)b
Those glossy white parts shining bright, just as you'd expect from gloss injection..
The molded color on the blue runners doesn't look all that great.
The reflected light is a bit dull and rough.
The red is decent enough, not bad..
Among the dark navy runners, there are cases like the upper right photo where some parts are glossy and others are matte (;).
Doesn't look intentional — makes me wonder if they rushed the mold finishing..
The yellow parts don't look much different from the original.
Two sheets of waterslide decals and seals & stickers are included.
There are quite a few clear seals, more than I expected..
I guess since it's a transforming kit, covering everything with waterslide decals would be a bit of a pain.
If they'd gone with water slides only.. you'd probably have decals peeling off left and right every time you transform it..
But then if you spray a topcoat, it defeats the whole point of the gloss injection..
Personally, I think gloss injection + waterslide decals is kind of an odd combination ㅡ_ㅡ;
