The oversized Full Burst Mode box seems like just a visual trick to justify the higher price..;

What's added/changed compared to the normal version.
Premium stand + blue soft parts for the Full Burst effect + clear support rods + plated parts + a poster..
I'd say it's more or less worth the extra ¥2,200..

The multi-function stand originally from the 1/100 Legend Gundam had started being sold separately,
but in this kit it comes molded in a deep, transparent blue.

It's less of a chrome plating and more of an Extra Finish-style coating. And there are only two plated runners.. ^^;

The coating itself. Well, it's decent.. It's definitely not a shiny chrome type — it's closer to a subtle Extra Finish style.

Though the shading and thickness of the coating varies a bit depending on the contours.. still looks pretty nice in its own way.

Now then.. the undergates are applied, which is one of the virtues of a plated kit.

Of the two plated runners, the K runner is a case where the existing runner was simply coated as-is..

As for the P1 runner among the plated runners — it's been assembled by pulling only the externally visible joint parts from the J, N, and H runners of the normal version,
and consolidating them into a separate runner.
In other words, rather than just coating the existing runners as-is, only the parts visible from the outside were
cherry-picked and a new mold was created for them. Feels a bit cheap if you ask me.. If you're going to plate it, just plate all the gold parts..

Also, even for the same parts, what were standard side gates in the normal version
have been changed to undergates in the Full Burst Mode's P1 runner.

If you look closely, the dry decals are also different from the normal version.. not sure why they bothered changing them. There's barely any difference..

The seals are different too. The content is the same, but the colors have been simplified to gold.

The manual is different from the cover through much of the content, to the point it almost feels like a completely different kit.

The poster included exclusively in the Full Burst Mode version. It's not paper but a thin plastic material,
and I'd guess it's roughly the size of two A4 sheets put together.

The texture and detail of the blue soft parts look really nice.
