TOPShiny silver, premium box art.
The size is comparable to the large boxes of ¥4000–6000 Gunpla kits.
This kit was bundled with a phone called the 945SHG,
and as you can see, the design has a very Federation-military feel to it. ^^
The spot where the phone used to be...
I got the version that only includes the plastic model without the phone, so there's no phone here. ^_^)r
Aside from the runners section, the bottom is empty.
In the original, it probably held the phone's battery and accessories.
When you take it out, it's secured in a clear case like you see above.
It's packed in pretty tight, so it doesn't come out easily.
The hip joint section.
All the articulation parts come pre-assembled as well.
Looking at the product name on the runners, it's officially called "Metal-in Frame Gundam."
Meaning this is a completely new 30th anniversary-style 1/100 Gunpla, designed entirely from scratch and totally separate from the existing MG Gundam.
The detail is MG-level, but...
it feels just a notch below the precision of more recent kits.
Seals and decals are provided at MG level.
The one difference is that the decals are waterslide decals.
