This kit is Kamen Rider Gaim Orange Arms from the Figure-rise Standard series. Kamen Rider Wizard(2012) and Kamen Rider Drive(2014) — Kamen Rider Gaim aired in 2013, right between the two, and this is one of the characters from that show.
