This kit is the HG VF-31E Siegfried (Chuck Mustang Use) from Macross Delta. It's the fourth VF-31 following the previously released HG VF-31J (Hayate unit), VF-31C (Mirage unit), VF-31S (Arad unit)The basic frame and overall construction are the same as before, but the head has been changed and a radome has been added.

So naturally, all the articulation characteristics and transformation gimmicks are pretty much identical to the previous kits — and it still delivers excellent joint strength and a stable swap-out transformation gimmick. The biggest distinguishing feature is that the gun pod and shield have been dropped in favor of a large radome. In Fighter mode, you can choose between the radome in its folded or deployed form.

The heroine figure included with this kit is Reina Prowler. As a bonus, parts are provided that let you collect all five VF-31 heroine figures and display them on top of the radome. However, since the VF-31F Messer kit hasn't been released yet, at the time this kit came out you can only display four heroine figures together.
